Working with SprinkleBites™ was an absolute joy. The project brought together playful branding, intuitive eCommerce strategy, and conversion-focused email marketing to create a powerful digital presence. With a strong foundation now in place, we’re excited to continue evolving their marketing efforts to drive even more customer engagement and sales growth!

SprinkleBites™ needed a Shopify website that felt as fun and vibrant as their brand, while also being highly functional for both direct-to-consumer and wholesale customers. The challenge was to create an engaging, easy-to-navigate eCommerce experience that showcased the better-for-you ingredients and protein-packed benefits of their sprinkles—while also setting up the brand for scalability, pre-orders, and ongoing marketing efforts. Additionally, the brand needed a strategic email marketing plan to nurture new customers, retain existing ones, and drive conversions.
Digital Experiences
We took a brand-first, conversion-focused approach to design and strategy. For the Shopify website, we developed a playful yet polished design that highlights the product’s health benefits, versatility, and unique story. We also integrated wholesale functionality to serve both retail buyers and direct customers seamlessly. On the email marketing side, we built a Klaviyo-powered automation strategy, focusing on welcome flows, abandoned cart recovery, and post-purchase engagement. By aligning visual storytelling, user experience, and strategic email campaigns, we positioned SprinkleBites™ for long-term customer retention and sales growth.
