All projects require an upfront deposit to secure time, resources, and production capacity. Deposits are non-refundable once a project has begun.
Remaining balances are billed according to the payment schedule outlined in the client’s invoice and agreement. Final payments are due upon delivery of the agreed-upon scope of work and are not contingent upon approval timing.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds, as outlined in the project agreement. Revisions are the primary mechanism for refining and aligning creative work and remain available even if feedback is delayed beyond the original project timeline.
A project is not considered incomplete due to pending revisions, provided the agreed deliverables have been supplied and revision rounds remain accessible.
Clients are responsible for providing feedback in a timely manner to maintain the agreed project schedule. Delays in feedback may extend project timelines but do not pause payment obligations or invalidate delivered work.
If a client becomes unresponsive for an extended period, the project may be considered delivered based on the work completed to date.
Due to the custom and strategic nature of our services, refunds are not issued for completed or partially completed work. This includes, but is not limited to:
Refunds are not provided in cases of dissatisfaction where revision rounds remain available.
Clients agree to contact Out Brand Them directly to address concerns prior to initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution through the agreed revision or communication process constitutes a breach of contract.
We maintain detailed records of deliverables, communication, and revision access to ensure transparency and fair resolution in the event of a dispute.
Our goal is always to collaborate in good faith and deliver work our clients feel confident in. We are committed to clear communication, timely responses, and using the revision process to ensure successful outcomes for all parties.
