The founder also booked a 1:1 Power Hour session focused on optimizing her Shopify site. We walked through fixing broken buttons and placeholder links, improving navigation to key pages like collections and reviews, adding strategic CTAs like “Track Your Package” and “Leave a Review,” and reviewing the overall product page structure. We also recommended photography upgrades to boost visual trust and consistency. She left the session with a detailed Google Doc and real-time walkthrough outlining exactly what to update and how to do it—no fluff, just actionable strategy.

As Sideline Bags prepared to scale, the founder knew she needed more than just a product — she needed a professional, high-converting email system and messaging that reflected the heart and grit of her audience. She also wanted support with small but impactful website optimizations to improve overall conversions and clarity.

For this project, we built and implemented a full Klaviyo Starter Kit tailored to Sideline Bags’ bold, sporty brand voice. The setup included five key automated flows—Welcome (4 emails), Post-Purchase (4 emails), Browse Abandonment, Cart Abandonment, and Winback—each written and designed to reflect the brand’s tone while driving conversions behind the scenes. We also created two fully branded, drag-and-drop email templates, a custom pop-up design, and styled the Klaviyo account with Sideline’s finalized fonts and colors.

This project was more than just a technical setup — it was about giving Sideline Bags the infrastructure to grow with intention. We brought the brand’s mission to life across every flow with a tone that speaks directly to their audience: sporty, bold, and grounded in real experience. With a strong email foundation and site strategy in place, Sideline is now positioned to scale their community, boost repeat purchases, and convert new customers with confidence.
